Hi everyone,
I was going through my Cigar Dossier and looking back through some of my old reviews and thought I might share them with you all in one post here - so my apologies to those who like them broken out into individual cigars. These have not been edited and come straight from the Dossier as originally placed there.
A. Fuente Chateau Fuente Robusto:
Cigar was nice and firm with a sweet sawdust smell and sweet leafy taste pre-light. Volumes of smoke upon lighting in a medium body flavor. Sweet nuts and spices predomintated this cigar. One side of cigar required re-lighting a couple of times and burned unevenly. 7-8/10.
Ashton Maduro:
A sweet maduro taste with bitter coffee. Underlying tastes of coffee with an aftertaste of chocolate. Reminded me of a sweet Onyx Reserve. 8/10.
Macanudo Portofino:
Like other Macanudo's I have had, light but tasty cigar. This one has more bite than the Hampton Court but still light creamy smooth draw with a slightly sweet taste. 5-6/10.
CAO Brazilla Pirahna:
Ground coffee, herbs and wood with an almost too strong and heady draw for such a small smoke. A true powerhouse of flavor and smoke. One of the strongest smokes I have had, out doing even the Punch. The flavor did mellow after the first third. 6-7/10.
Stay tuned in the future for more Newbie Outakes!
