I wondering the exact same thing.
 
Yeah, very funny. If you search on all the threads that these folks have started, you will see my responses condeming them to hell!


I had a very bad experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone, however this is simply my opinion, and I go above and beyond when one gets bad service from a vendor. If it were up to me I'd ban these folks, so no one else gets screwed, however it's not, and I'm just being a bit drastic.


Maybe a few folks here will order from them, and we'll see if they get service as bad as mine. If not than perhaps mine was an isolated case.

One thing I have learned from the board here is even if the deal is GREAT take the words of someone who has been around longer than you. If someone here says the service sucks, screw it I will pay more from a better vendor.

I'm as new as it get's here, but I've bought a couple of things from them. I did my business over the phone with Mel and he was very good with the service end of things. I must add, that if you're getting this deal because of the lighter...I have two of them and neither of them worked for over two or three days.
