I just got a beer making kit and a recipe from my Bro-In-Law. I cannot wait to try it out!

I'm using buckets. I dont know what else, I hope to learn more as i get into it.

Buckets are fine, i use buckets and glass carboys. Welcome to another sickness. I agree with John, this will almost make you as poor as cigars.

I like to think of it as shifting money from buying someone elses creation to brewing mine. Oh, wait, i forgot the "research" and bottle aquiring that I'll be doing too. Nevermine, I'll still be poor.

Good luck. It's a lot of fun and a very interesting hobby. It's one of those things you can put a ton of money and effort into or one of those things you can put a more modest amount of energy into and still have great results and a lot of fun.
