I became interested in these based on the 93 rating they got from some magazine (cigar insider I think). I split a few different boxes with some buddies, and these were among them. After I smoked one, I wished I had kept them all to myself! I find these cigars quite pleasing. CI did a "bit" on them and equated them to a chocolate bar, they weren't kidding. These have a sweet maduro wrapper on them and provide a sweet and creamy smoking experience. And for $2.00 Each!!!
I liked them so much I bought some nestor seconds in a toro size, hoping to find the same delight, however when these arrived, they reeked of ammonia so I sent them back. Luckily the seller had the reserve torpedos to exchange them for, so I'm awaiting their arrival. The burn was nice and clean and the draw was not great, but good (just had a perdomo last weekend, now that's a nice draw, so I may be a bit biased!).
Anyway, Cigars International has them in a "friday night fights" offer for $30 for 10 nestors and 10 of Tierra del Sol (never tried) if you're interested!
