Well, I followed your advice and made a stop at Tampa Sweethearts today. Took a quick walk over after my morning Criminal Justice class and stopped in. Very very very helpful staff. Explained the different makes and sizes, helped me choose what I was interested in, in the price range I was looking for, talked about the history of Ybor city and also was given recommendations.

Anyway, overall A+ experience at Tampa Sweethearts. Here are some pics of what followed me home!

Flor de Ybor City - Sampler
Belicoso 5.5x49 Sungrown
No.80 6x50 Natural
No.270 6.75x44 Natural
Pierce 7x48 Natural

Just a suggestion - take them out and use smaller dimensions.

I like Tampa Sweethearts FdYC line. Good mild but tasty cigars from Fuente.

Thats actually what the forum set them to o.O I used the insert image button. Sorry about that. I will play with it after I finish some homework.

Nice score, makes me want to try those Flor de Ybor cigars. I like trying house blends in my rotation.

A lot of the Flor d Ybor cigars are based on Fuente cigars, in fact at one point I had heard that they were basically seconds or training cigars for rollers.....not sure if that is true or not, but some of the sungrowns have been spot on to the Chateau Fuente SG's

To confirm DePasta's statement. The guy at the store has both Flor de Ybor which are seconds, the kind of open box discount Fuentes, AND their set that are from the rollers in training. They actually sell in bundles, the practice cigars they make. With short fillers, and some small defects.

I can go next Tuesday or this weekend and check on prices of those for anyone who is interested. Also if 4cbln3 would like the sampler I got, I dont mind picking one up and mailing it to you.

Nice brotherly gesture there Jackimpact, PM sent.

I saw that they only use UPS 2nd day air to the islands, just 1 lb. would cost $35.26 :0

Nice score. Welcome to your first step down that slippery slope that is now your new obsession...err..hobby!

But, yeah, you might want to think about upgrading the humi. The coolerdor is a nice economical approach and works quite well.

Ive been reading the guide on it! Ill wait for my hygrometer and crystals to get here. Then start the process perhaps.
