My first (and I hope not my last) Diablo! Cohibas?

Ironically, I smoked one of these when they came out and wasn't impressed. This one blew my socks off! Spicy and so satisfying it was hard not to smoke it too fast. My local has them but they boosted the price now that they are dicontinued. They told me these were originally intended to be released as Cohibas and the day that General Cigar's lawsuit was settled they were notified the Diablos were out! Now you have to pay Cohiba prices or find Diablos before they are gone.

Anyone verify that?

That's right. I was in the shop today. Picked up a few singles and got shocked at the register. It seems that some prices have gone up considerably with more to follow. I'm afraid that based on what I paid for a few standard items I don't see visiting this B&M any more.

We ought to get a few of the guys together for another herf at the Deer Park and chat this up. This week is no good for me but perhaps the week after.

The only other place I could find with them was Atlantic, and they only have 5 packs of the Pimientos for $17.
