Cigars showed up today in fine shape; no thanks to their packing methods, however. N.B. Cigars traveling a further distance may be damaged.

Got mine today too . . . packed okay; not up to Jack Schwartz standards or Holt's, but decent enough. Good communication and USPS Priority shipping.

At those prices I suspect they'll get plenty of business from me until something shows up looking like it got sat on.

Packaging was terrible. Glad I grabbed the LE sticks so that there was a bit of added protection with the coffin. Really surprised there wasn't any sort of bag. In any case...arrived in good condition.
 
Mine showed up. 5 in a bag, bags in a box, some air bags. My order pretty much filled the box, not a lot of room for the sticks to move around. A bit on the dry side, but they made it intact.
 
In case you were wondering if I was an intolerant curmudgeon, My cigars were packed 5 to a bag, four bags, rolled and tied together with a piece of deflated air cushions. Then thrown into an unpadded box. Class act, don't you think?

To be clear, I didn't say that they were packed well or even that I was happy about it, only that they made it in no more pieces than intended......;-)
