Im not sure what it was before. I got a Diamond crown digi meter and i did calibrate it with the salt test for a few hours and it reads exaclty 70%. My AC is ushually around 68F but upstairs gets bad air flow and the rooms are warmer during the spring/summer. I just like to keep the box up here because its my office. but i got a storage closet i could put them in.... have to check the temp out in there, never would of thought it would be cooler in there.emodx said:What was the RH in the box b4 you put the beads in there? Did you calibrate the meter first? If so, did you note the error? I would move the box to a closet that doesn't get opened much. That should keep the cigars much cooler than in an open room. BTW, what is the thermost set at for the AC?

hmmm...%70 after a few hours? Leave it in for 8 hours, and it should read exactly %75. So, if you were to add %5 to your reading, you would be at %70. :whistling:chad1313 said:Im not sure what it was before.
