Fellows,
Sorry for the delay in the e-mail, but its been hectic. I figured that since this would be the last time we will be able to smoke in the Howard House then we should end it with a bang. I want to get as many herfers into the bar as possible. So if you have any friends who enjoys a good cigar, bring em, if they know anyone who enjoys a good cigar, tell them to bring em.
This will also be my celebration herf as I am embarking on a new position, leaving The Town of Elkton and moving to New Castle County as a Building Inspector.
