Maggs44 sent me one of these a while back and I just got the chance to try it.
I smoked this outside while pulling dandilions from the yard.
Despite my knack for making cigars tunnel, this baby smoked straight and true. The ash was dense and was tough to flick off, even at a little over an inch in length.
The flavor was solidly in the medium body range and good in a classic cigar sort of way. Very close to the flavor profile of a Padron 2000.
Since it was a smaller cigar, it burned a little hot which made it seem like there was a hint of bitterness. When it got too hot, I stopped.
Overall an enjoyable smoke. Life's too short and I make too much money for me to make it a regular (at ~60 cigars a year, I don't really need to look for bargain smokes. Not that I don't appreciate a good deal, I just don't want to spend all my time looking for the great cheap smoke), but I'm glad for the experience.
Thanks Maggs44!
