Don't know if you guys have heard of this site yet, but meetup.com got is a Howard Dean inspired phenomenon(right CCat?) and all you have to do is set up a group in your zip code area and like-minded people can join as well. Some groups are as large as thirty or fifty people in some small areas. It's kind of a hard site to navigate to start a group, but there are smoking groups out there if you type in "cigar enthusiasts."

I checked out Richmond, VA and there are more meetups for witches than cigar smokers...Yikes!
