Got home from out of town and found two packages. One from Brent Sneed, and the other from B. Sneed. I thanked Brent by PM, just in case it was from him, and I did get a reply from Brent in his typical warm and friendly tone  that is was not him who sent it.
Both boxes contained a very generous selection of smokes, with one containing a hitchhiker of another one of my loves. It is evident that the senders did their homework.
I have been very busy the past few years. Besides being a single parent, I have undergone several surgeries in the past couple of years. In addition, there has been some serious illness in the family, with both my Mom, and my sister having to deal with various forms of Cancer. Finally, the work environment has been very stressful for my company, as the economy and other factors have dealt very serious blows to the industry I am in, leading to a very challenging work environment.
. I saw these bombings going on, but never thought I would be a recipient. I am very tired most of the time, but try to get on to see what is happening, and to stay involved to some sort of meaningful degree. Mainly answering questions for folks seeking advice, or offering support of some sort.
This act of thoughtful generosity is greatly appreciated, and certainly uplifting. It is not all that Cigarpass is about, but it is one of the products of Rod's efforts to have a venue for like minded folks with a passion for enjoying life, and how cigars enrich our down times, our thoughtful moments, time with friends, and the distinctly human desire for camaraderie and brotherhood.
Again, thank you, whoever you may be.
