Had these in my vino...They were in separate containers! Bought at same time from same source.

Should I be worried about the other (different brands) cigars they were with?

By the way, smoking the BBF and wow, nothing wrong with it!

I would say just keep an eye on them for now, and then worry if it seems to spread to other sticks as time passes...

Anyways, they are probably fakes. Real cubans don't come with mold on them!!

Yea, they are fakes... :p

I am just more worried about the other sticks...the BF was in a box with some Tat Franks and other HTF stuff...I will keep an eye on them, but hope that it wont or didnt spread...but is that all I can really do?

Yup. Only time will tell if the rest of them got the axe. What is your RH% by the way?

The top of my vino runs at 62-64RH and 68degrees. The lower half runs 66-68 for both the RH and temp. It actually performs great, I have a pound plus of 65% beads in the center and a 4oz tube up top.

But here is a question from some findings I just had last night. As I was pulling some stock from the lower boxes to smoke, I placed 1 of my 2 hygros in the lower half, but by the back of the cooler. So this does two things, it takes it out of the center and gets it closer to the almost consistently running fan. When I took it out it was reading 74% and 62 degrees. Can this be that accurate? So I put the other hygro back there with it and it read the same. It would seem to me that the more air flow back there (because it is so close to the fan) the less the humidity...It sounded dumb as I was typing it.

But the difference from the "front" of the vino (where I normally keep my hygros) to the "back" is only 6 inches or so? The biggest difference is that the hygro is blocked by the back because it is in front of my boxes, but when it is in the "back" it is directly in front. Am I going crazy? ???

I would be happy to move to the Humi portion...

The back of the Vino, especially at the bottom, is where the condensation drain is. With summer time here, if you have big temperature fluctuations in the room the Vino is in, you'll find the unit producing condensation, and that's where it gathers.

I will check. Last summer I was luck to have no condensation, but it has been hotter this year thus far.
