So I was visiting my mom this weekend, and while she was shoppping, I went to a local shop near her house I go to around christmas while my girlfriend shops. I picked up a LFD 2000 and a La Aurora Preferido, and they guy kinda rushed me out, but since it was 20 minutes to close, I figure he had paper work. On the way home, I pulled out the LFD and notice beetle holes. BIG ONES. Took it out of the cello, and before I could do to the "tap" test, I had tiny cigar leftovers dropping into my hand. I smoked the La Aurora and noticed it was pretty dry.

Well, this morning I called to warn them, and the manager took it as I was trying to get a free cigar. You try to do people a favor! oh well :rolleyes:

That guy knew he sold you a bad smoke and that is why he rushed you out. Then to be offended when you call and "let him know" he has beetles ?!? What an ass. He gives good tobacconist a bad name. Go flick some ash on the guys car :angry2:

Incubate the remaining eggs and take them back to the store. When he's not looking toss them into the PAN and VSG sections.

The shop can take the cigar back, and get credit from La Flor.
Most companys will take defective product back.

I kinda got to thinking about it today, and some things about this shop seemed different.

* There selection seemed slimmer
* The service, was crappy. and this place used to be a great shop, IMHO.
* The rest of the shop was looking a little bare.

Maybe they are going out of business. I dunno
