Well guys, working on our new building has been kicking my butt. 4,800 sq ft of ceilings to tear down...95% finished. Now it's time to call in the contractors: HVAC, electrician, plummer and drywallers.
Sounds to me like it's time for some coffee, and here's what I've got in mind:
