Received this 'gar from my Brother-in-Law on Saturday. He loves extremely mild cigars and has the means to purchase the really expensive cigars I only dream about. Luckily he also always brings me one or two of his collection, whenever he comes to visit us from Klagenfurt Austria.

Churchill

Length 7"

Ring Gauge 48

Filler: Dominican Olor and Cuban Piloto

Binder: Mexican Tobacco

Wrapper: Connecticut Shadea

Construction: Nice Pyramid shape and well rolled with no plugs or other problems.

I lit this cigar up as soon as the 10k Volksmarch (organized hike with checkpoints) path entered the german pine forest and I had cover from the wind. It lit up with a extremely soft but plentiful smoke almost like a light cigarette in taste, about an inch in it started to get a nice nutty flavor to it but still remained extremely mild. Pure white ash, a even draw and burn lasted the entire 2+ hours this cigar burned, Even with being preoccupied with helping my 4 year-old walk up a 40° path (hardest part of the walk) it showed no inclination to go out.

Around the 4 inch mark the tar and smoke residue only made the cigar richer in flavor with no hints of bitterness, it remained mild and tasty until I nubbed it at a little under a inch.

I have to say up front I'm not a mild cigar fan, but when this smoke was done I was regretting only having one. I plan on trying to find a few of these for my own humi when I go visit him next summer. I'd recommend not drinking anything powerful with this cigar but think it would be excellent with a flavored coffee.

Highly recommended!
