I tried the La Flor Domincana Ligero L400 Maddy from my local shop. It was so good I went back today and bought more. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the double ligero is similar or any other LFD would be something you recommend. The L400 maddy is a smooth smoke. Thanks.

Try the double ligero. The maduros are a good strong smoke with a lot of flavor. I like the chisel tips on 'em, too. I actually prefer the naturals (or sungrown, I guess) because they've still got a good flavor but are not quite as strong.

I have a maduro one sitting in my humi right now waiting to be burned. :)

I personally loved the chisel maduro and the DL 660. I tried the el jocko maduro and it was very harsh. Tomorrow I'll let you know about the mysterio. Litto Gomez does the LFDs and LG Diez series. The LG Diez Cubano was very enjoyable and I have an LG Chisel Puro waiting to be smoked as well.

I've enjoyed about every LFD I've ever smoked, including the El Jocko (Mad and Nat). I prefer the DLs, though.

I keep the DL 700 available for special occasions. The chisel for even more special ones. It is a great cigar.
