We’re going to highlighting a new coffee every month
for the next six month. These are beans that have been
thoughtfully selected with our client’s in mind.
Each coffee will be available for one month only...
when it’s gone it’s gone and we’ll move on to the next one.
There may be a few that make it into our regular rotation
but that’s for you to decide.

The coffee produced in Marcala, is a complex coffee to taste,
perfumed with a vivid and bright acidity, a soft velvet body,
exquisite citric flavors such as orange and peach;
with a floral aftertaste creating a vibrant beverage in the palate.
