For a cheepie I do like the maduros.....I should go ahead and order a box since those 8 hour days of mowing the farm are just around the corner :thumbs:

Personally, I think the MMMM are fantastic at their regular price, and even better at this price. But before anyone buys this deal, just realize that the price per stick is absolutely the same as buying a 20 box and receiving the 8 count freebie sampler.

In summary: great stick! great price! but if you don’t want 40, JR is offering the same price on 28.

There's no denying it's nifty. But that 40 count is a disaster waiting to happen. You have to pull the drawer so far out to remove a stick that you risk spilling the contents by pulling just a little too far. (How do I know? I had a whole tray of deGaules tumble to the bottom of the coolidor ). Also, they are packed so tight, you can pretty much hear the smokes scrapeing against the inside of the box as you slide that tray back in.

My money is going toward the 28. You get TWO nifty boxes that way

the box these come in stink!

the drawers are very tight. the cigars barely fit in the drawers.

and you have to open the doors all the way open to slide out the drawers.

i gave this empty box to my daughter as a toy and she broke the hinges off in minutes.

just buy the sticks separately. they're pretty good and pretty cheap, too!

If the drawers are cedar, send em to me! I don't care about the box itself, but the trays look useful.
