FYI - I did go to JR Cigars Chat session tonight and asked Steve how this 12 day thing worked and he said that all of the selections were picked well in advance and the computer randomly picks which one comes out when. Kinda destroys the hope that they are purposefully saving the best for last!

He also asked what we thought of the specials and the only thing that people liked were the JR Ults.

What cracked me up was only one cigar was brought up during the discussion I was in reguarding whether it was good or not and that was the La Finca, and NOBODY liked it! It was nicknamed "The La Stinka!" TFF!

I'd say they're batting 2.5/9.

Excaliburs were a good deal and the JR Ults were a good deal. I think it's a matter of personal taste. I personally have smoked and liked those other two cigars.

Now I have wanted to try RB Fundadores for a while now.

Just wanted to let y'all know I called JR and asked and they will split up the order between EMS and Maduro, and even between sizes if they are the same size. (Can't do it online)

We're looking at 40 cigars for $32. Not bad and I think they are not dog rockets, but I would like to get input from people who have actually smoked these before.

Same here feller As infrequently as I smoke compared to some others...I would rather drop @$4 - to the (gasp :0 ) $8/per range on stuff I KNOW I would enjoy. You know the ones...mostly non-'domestic' (that term has always put a chuckle in me, cause there's no 'domestic' to it...it's from all over the world) and the occasional AF cuban Beli (thanks soooo much Joe )
