J.Cortes Belicosos
Size: 5" x 45
Smoking Time: 45 min
Power: Medium/Strong
Today, I had really nice weather.
I can say a normal January weather in 2007 - about 10*C
So I decided to make some balcony honduras smoking
As You can see cigar has a really nice shape called Belicoso.
The wrapper is oily and dark, but I think not dark enough to call it maduro.
It has really cool cocoa and tabaco smell - very nice connection
Cigar is also well build, its more hard than soft and very flexible
Cut - perfect!
Draw check - perfect! (I have never expect it but I felt taste of sunflower )
So I put in the flames.
The first taste I felt was wood with a little bit of nuts - very nice!
After few moments draw became very tight - fortunatelly cuting of 1mm helped in 100%
First half smoked incredibly steady, with no "side-burns"
After this half the nuts tast was gone, there was only wood + some tabacco taste.
The far the better.
Cigar has lost its little bit of bitternes, and became even better then in the begining.
The taste was really powerfull.
Cigar was not strong, only taste evaluated and smoke was very very creamy and nice!
In the last 1/4 something strange has happend.
I felt some leather taste and after a minute there was almost no taste.
No leather, no wood, only some tabacco.
I did not give up, I was smoking and waiting for something new.
Unfortunatelly nothing new has happend.
I think I was trying to get some taste to much and was smoking to fast, because when I finished I felt this not to nice nicotine buzz which was killing me in next 20 minutes.
After all I can say it was a very cool smoke and I'm sure I'll smoke it again
