Alright,
at work the other day a friend gives me a Makers Mark cigar. I love Makers Mark and I love cigars, so I say thanks and think nothing of it. I've smoked a few before. They are nothing to cheer about, but they aren't what I call a dog rocket. Well, I keep a jar-humidor at work, so I can smoke one on the way home. It's a commute lol. Well, he asks why i've not put it in with the rest 15 minutes later, and I say oh yeah, I'll do that. Knowing in my mind, it would be fine in the tube, I go ahead and slip it into the jar. Well, I take it home that night, smoke it down and go to work the next day. At 5 o'clock as I'm going for my wonderful short story I've been thinking about all day, I open the jar and smell nothing but Makers. And so, I take all the cigars, throw them into a zippy bag and go home. Well, the next day I clean out the jar, the piece of cedar at the bottom, and the hygrometer. All with distilled water, and do everything to it like I did when I got it, so I knew it would be up and running the next day. Well, thank God I left them in a seperate bag (the cigars from the jar) because they all smell like MAKERS MARK! I can't get it to go away! Now true, most of these sticks aren't more than 7 bucks, but my DCM CHURCHILL was in there!
Long story short:
ANYONE GOT A CLUE ON HOW TO GET MY STICKS SMELLING LIKE THEMSELVES AGAIN? or will I just have to suffer this out?
