Over the next few days I'll be transferring the site to a new server. The first step is to stress-test the new server. Once everything has been properly configured, I'll transfer over DNS. I don't expect much downtime, just a few minutes here and there. Will post once everything has been transferred to the new server.

Thanks,
Rod

what did ya get? I love setting up new servers, everything is perfect, no errors, of course then you have to go and deploy it.

I thought that the IT people finally blocked CP. Scared me. I might actually have to start doing work then. :(

This has been a really bad month as far as server reliability goes. We've sustained 99.997% uptime for the past two years, until recently. In early May we had a database crash. Now we're experiencing a corrupt file system. We have secured a new server, and are in the process of moving everything over. We can't move anything until we repair Apache on the old server (migration won't work otherwise). Sorry for the inconvenience, but please bare with me and we'll be back to 99.997% uptime very soon.

Will the new server have the ability to dispense Opus through the internet? :sign:

Thanks Rod! You the man

If you can read this, we're now on the new server.

Thanks for all your effort, Rod. It is GREATLY appreciated!

Absolutely! Thanks for all of your work behind the scenes, Rod. I doubt many of us have any idea the time that you put in to making CP flow as it does. Thanks again, Rod! :)
