Interesting story. I think they miss the point on teenagers smoking cigars, it has to do with taking the insides out and putting the other weed in it and nothing to do with the cigar itself. In inner cities Phillie Blunts are the cigar of choice for this purpose, I don't see any of these kids smoking a Cohiba or any upscale cigar.
On the side of cancer there are limited studies on the differnces between cigars and cigarettes and it's effect. Most cancers occur because you are genetically(sp) disposed to the cancer. Yes smoking is dangerous and a whole industry exists because of it. I smoke because I enjoy it, it is a risk that I chose to take.
