I'm using the Christmas 2006 skin right now. When I look at the bottom of the forum index page, if Rod is signed on, every comma seperating the user names after his is blue, the ones before his are white. Not that it's a big deal, just something I noticed while looking to see who was all online this morning.

Those are the moderators! :whistling:

Actually, just the names in blue are moderators, not the commas, thus just Rod's name will appear in blue. There must be something in the skin that makes commas appearing after a moderator's name show up in blue. Weird, but it's the quirks of software.

Yeah, it's not the names that are blue, of course only Rods is blue, but every member after his, the commas seperating their names is blue and the ones before aren't. It just struck me as quirky when I noticed it. Agreed Matt, probably something to do with this particular skin.

Why - this just has to be one of the most informative threads I've seen on this board in a long time! I'd never noticed that, and probably wouldn't have if it hadn't been publically posted like this! Thanks so much for pointing that out, Tick-Tock!!! Keep up the good work!!!

My pleasure George, glad to help!

You're probably using Internet Explorer. For some reason IE does not work well with some CSS stylesheets.

If you use FireFox (www.getfirefox.com), you'll have no problem. FireFox is much more secure than IE, you should consider upgrading to that.

I've been told that a few times now, and yes, I have IE. I guess I'm just an old dude set in my ways and am scared of the new format. OK, I'll take care of downloading FireFox tonight. I'd assume you can download/install FireFox and give it a try without disabling your IE?

Thanks Rod,
Wade

Well the FireFox download and install couldn't have been any easier. Everything appears to be the same look with the exception of the tool bars and such. Looks like it may not be that difficult to get used to. And it appears that it has a spell check similar to MS Word. And we all know how handy that can be!

Oh course. :D You can switch between Firefox and IE anytime you wish. As Rod said, Firefox is a better browser. . .even if writing this causes Bill Gates to send black helicopters over my house. :whistling:

Using it now, I like the way it scrolls better too!
