I was curious to see if anyone has had the "green" inguana double claro? If so I'd like to hear how it is because I'm considering getting a box. Also, where might be a good place to order LFD's, I live in MT and we don't have much for diverse cigars up here. Thanks guys.

I embarresed to say I really enjoyed these when I began to smoke cigars.
I was under the assupmtion that these were a brand exclusive to THOMPSON's Cigars.

Very light cigar. ALmost flavorless. A bit of sweet wrapper. Not worth the money. Better spent on some LFD chiselitos!

I just got the Holts catalog.... they have some good samplers, including LFD

I had green Iguana Mama few weeks ago.
Like Alex wrote - its very light and has not much of flavour.
It tastes good with gin+tonic :)

You can smoke, but not whole box ;)

I keep a few around for friends who like to smoke once every great while, they seem to like the way the green wrapper looks and it won't knock them on their asses.

PM me your addy and I will send you some. They are well aged and are as bad now as they were when they were new. This way you can save some money because after you taste them you won't want to buy them.

There are times when I enjoy green cigars but not these, they are pretty lousy. I smoked one of these once and it was horrible.

The 8-5-8 candelas are very nice and priced well. They would make a better choice for a greenie.

Last time I smoked a Candela cigar it was from the 1970's as punishment and we had to inhale that crap. I had to smoked 2 of those cigars and I didnt start smoking cigars for nearly 20 years after the fact. I now know why.

Be leery of the Thompson house brands, of which Iguana is one, fellow cadet (I'm Indiana University Army ROTC), check the review forum and there you'll find some recent reviews of other, hopefully better, candela cigars.
