Iguana maduro robusto

Flipping through the new Thompson's magazine and discovered that two new Iguana sizes were introduced. Not only that, but the new robusto is an absolute great deal-20 cigars for $35.00. This is a great yard-gar stick folks, take it from me. :thumbs: You can check it out here.

I've never had a Thompson's brand anything, but I've never heard anyone have much good to say about them. The ad says "super mild" -- does this mean they're Macanudo-ish? Just curious.

I know it sounds like a broken record but I'd avoid Thompson's at all costs. They are hustlers and ripoff artists of the highest order. Once they latch on to you it's nearly impossible to shake them.

My first cigar order was from them and, yes, they are a bit pushy when you order from them. They send me catalogs, but haven't bothered me since.

Their house brands aren't much to write about, except for the Chavon line. If you can get a good deal on them, pick up a five pack. They're actually not bad. The rest aren't worth looking at, let alone smoking.

I'll probably never order from them again, now that I have all of you to lead me in the right direction!

I live in Idaho so they will not ship here. I guess that's good, cuz as a newbie, I might have tried a sampler from them just for kicks. Good to know I haven't missed anything!

Ive actually had a chance to smoke one of Scotts Iguanas and was really supprised. For the price it was a great cigar, great draw tons of smoke and
good flavor. One thing Scott forgot to mention was that he is talking about
the Maduro line of Iguanas. As far as being hounded to death by Thompsons
Ive placed one order from them , they asked me for my phone number , I told
them it was a private number and havent heard from them since.

They might be worth a try. I have a few (my humidor came with a bundle for free) and smoked one tonight. Wasn't the best, but burned well.

I have never tried the iguanas, but I would like to. (just to see for myself)

Hmm i just got a box of 25 gifted to me Iguana candela robusto..


Me and my friends are going to the horse track this week. I am going to give them out and see how they are..
