Funny thing is that just the other day I responded to a thread asking how many smokes I usually have in one day. I responded with usually one and two at the max. Well, I guess yesterday I blew that one out of the water. I had two smokes to begin the afternoon while watching my beloved Orangemen get pounded by the Criminoles (I mean Seminoles). Then I decided to buy the pay per view fight of Jones vs. Tarver and ended up smoking two more. Four in one day is not something I've done before. I told myself, ok, let's at least take tomorrow off. Well, such a beautiful day to sit out on my porch and as I'm typing this I'm enjoying a Perdomo Reserve - oh well. :)

By the way, what a damn waste that fight was. I don't have a lot of spare change sitting around right now so 50 bucks is considerable for a pay per view fight. It will be a long time before I give HBO my hard earned money again! Jones - what a disappointment. A legend at one time who seemingly was happier than Tarver just to survive without getting knocked out. Oh well, it was still entertaining.

I hear ya on both counts. In the northeast we dont have many nice days left where I can sit out on the porch, so I take as many relaxing smokes outside as I can. Oh, and don't get me started on PPV, from now on I'll watch on HBO the day after or mooch and go over to a friends ;)

Good one, Castaway. However, please don't get me started. The Criminoles have had more problems with the law in the last 3-4 years than most programs. Finding dirt on ANY team isn't difficult, considering the amount of players on a team. The difference though is the Criminoles have had more than than their share - enough for the entire state of Florida. Even my buddy, a diehard FSU alumn, agrees on that point (he just chuckles and then points to their record).

I hear you, my consumption of cigars is directly related to the weather...and autumn being my favorite season, I've been smoking two or three a day lately...which strangely has made a sharp spike up in my Port consumption...
