has anyone used this online retailer before??

I tried calling them about an order I placed nearly a week ago, but all I got was the operator saying that the number has been disconnected...?

I don't see the charge on my bank statements...but i do have a receipt of payment e-mail along with an online invoice that I can view. WTF???

That sucks dude. I would call your bank and make sure that they do not honor any charges from that company until you straighten that out. You may also want to call the state or county office where they are located to look in to the status of theri business license. Last thing . . .if the company has gone under I would call the better business bureau in their area and report them. While they of course would no longer be in business . . . the report may follwo them in to any future venture they may attempt.

I had a similar situation years ago with a company in Florida (I am in California) I sent them my $$$ (about $150 bucks if I recall) and never received any product. It was odd because I had done business with them before with no problem. After waiting forever, and this was beforre email and internet, I tried to call them. Yep you guessed it, DISCONNECTED. I never did anything because I was young and stupid and it probably would have cost me more to get that much money back.

By the way...thanks again for the trade. I smoked the Captiva Cubana. It was a nice little smoke. I'm glad I have a little variety in my humidor now.

You could try getting in touch with the Host of their website, thell them what's going on, and see if they would give you a contact name and number.
