Wandering around Cbid I saw these humidors and the amount of cigars they claim to hold. This one, The Verona Deluxe is 67x22.5x16.5 is listed as holding 3000 cigars in an overall volume of 24,874 cubic inches

The Tower Of Power is listed as 2000+ in one spot and 3000 in another. It's volume is 28,980 cubic inches

The Guardian is listed as holding only 1200 cigars in it's 29,400 cubic inches.

I know drawers can add to the capacity to a point but you'll still need room for about 100 boxes (plus 500 singles) to hit 3,000 cigars, even dropping down to a 2,000 capacity will mean about 60 boxes (plus 500 singles). 1,200 cigars will get you down to a somewhat managable 40 boxes and 400 singles.

I'll bet that The Guardian, which is the largest of the 3, sells for thje least because it is advertised as only being 1,200 capacity even though that is probably close to the truth. I have almost the exact same volume in my humidor as The Guardian does and things start getting crowded at 1,000 sticks but I do think another 2 or 3 hundred would fit if I had to squeeze them in.

End of rant.

It looks like the shelf configuration in the Guardian it what reduces its maximum capacity. Can you recongifure the shelves in that to make them lay flat thereby allowing you to store more cigar boxes?

I'm personally not too fond of those silly drawers as I have mostly boxes. For my mixed singles, I just use another box.

The The Tower Of Power is bigger it looks like it will hold 2000 cigars.
I have the Verona and it's full and all i have in it is 1400 cigars.
I should have got the Tower of power.

One seems designed to hold boxes and the other singles...that would account for the difference.
