Humidor for Christmas gift

Hi,

I am looking to get a small humidor (10-50 cigars) for my husband for Christmas. I don't want to spend more then $200, but I am having a problem finding a well made product that gets good ratings on the actually humidifier aspect. I want it to do it's job - most important, thing, right? Anyway, I don't want to spend money on a Dunhill or Davidoff and I certainly don't want to buy $80 humidor that isn't going to work/last. Any suggestions on good quality humidors that are in my price range. I seem to be having difficulty finding a mid range product.

Any guidance or advice is greatly appreciated!

Are you looking for any style in particular? Glass top? Certain wood finish? External hygrometer? I think your expectations are right in spending between a $100 and $200 for 10-50 count humidor. You should be able to find a good range. Some of the good manufacturers are Savoy, Orleans Group, and Quality.

I have a larger Don Salvatore Heirloom Humidor, and it has been flawless. Excellent joinery, hidden magnetic attachments for the Hygrometer, and Humidifier, great finish.
I am specifically speaking of the "Heirloom" line.
 
Or try craigslist.......can catch a good deal there sometimes...but like Fishin said.....start there.

Does your hubby belong to CP?
