My local B&M had a small cabinet humi for sale this morninig... It has been used but is in good shape. He is asking $82 and I am wondering what you all think? I have a small 100ct desktop and a coolerdor, but I thought this would be a nice display setup.

It's this one...

Anyone own/seen/heard about this one?

Go bigger...

No really, it looks nice. Check the seal and all. If you have room, why the hell not. BTW - I think I've seen this humi on ebay for a lot cheaper. Might be a different one though.... but I'd check it out.

Ok... so no one has any experience with these? Just wondering about the construction/brand etc...

Looks nice mate. But don't you think it is a bit small?

Its just gonna be kind of extra... I already have a coolerdor and a desktop... I just thought the display humi would be cool...

Just don't wanna blow the money if its a cheap product though...

If I had a "Man Cave SMoking Room" I'd have it to display premiums, assuming of course the seal is good.

Yeah, it's small, but call it a "Show-Off" humidor.

Looks a lot like this one...

edited to say... I cant get the fuggin link to work! Search "humidor" on ebay. Similar display style three tray for $24.99 on the first page. Might have to pay for shipping though...

???

Someone is going to have to show me how to do this LINKEY thing one of these days...

It does look alot like

this one's on ebay over and over again for the above stated 24.99

10.5 L x 8.5 W x 15.25 H

couple of inches smaller all the way around.

It looks good, but if you start looking at ebay for humidors you may want to think twice about it. I've heard lots of reports of the humidors on ebay having horrible seals, not being made out of Spanish cedar (yet claim to be), ect...

Goodness, you gave everyone a whole 1 1/2 hours to respond on a Friday late afternoon/early evening. Patience, my friend. This isn't a chat room... ;) :)

I bought one from one of the online places not too long before I started out in the hobby. The seal was terrible and it held about 10-15 less smokes than advertised. It is nice looking, but that's about all that was worth mentioning about mine. I think you can do better for your money.

It is, however, your money. Spend it as you see fit.

Edited to add: I would avoid eBay like the plague for something like this. There are way too many horror stories. If you're looking for a humidor, why not contact Rod and see if he can get you something through the CP store?

Before you buy it, make sure it has a good solid seal! If you're looking to display your cigars, it's a nice piece. If you're primarily looking for cigar storage, go with a cooler.

The picture of the one on eBay is a smaller unit and at $24.99 I would stay away from it. I am not familiar with Cuban Crafters per se, but I am familiar with similar units. I carry a very similar unit and it works very will, although since it only holds 100 cigars it is kind of a waste of space. It is made more for Retail locations like restaurants and lounges that want to have a selection of cigars on the counter. I would say you could do better money wise looking around at different larger desktop humidors.
