Just took delivery of some Viper beads today.
Been waiting since December 06 as the parcel got "lost in the post".
Dave at Heartfelt replaced the original parcel at no cost to me with no questions asked.
I am blown away by Heartfelts customer service and have no hesitation in recommending them to any body else here.
Thanks Dave And Heartfelt Industries.

Yep Dave is top notch. Always a joy to order from a great vendor.

Couldn't agree more. Picked up an "overflow" humidor yesterday ($19.95 from Holt's - thanks tkoepp). Within 15 minutes of talking to the fine people at Holt's, I was on the Heartfelt industries website ordering a tube of beads to put in the thing, and a small tube for my otter box.

I agree 100% - ordered on Thursday - had the "stuff" on Saturday - Thanks Dave

I've got three coolers and a desktop "Powered by Heartfelt". Went through the coolers last night and it always makes me smile to pop the lid and see "65" on the hygrometers.

Great products, the best customer service there is.....can't say enough good things.....

Cheers - B.B.S.

Ditto all. I just referred them to a friend who's just startuing out.

They're in 3 of my 5 humidors/coolerdors/tupperdors. They are rock solid!! Now to upgrade the last two :D

Anyone ever tried the humidity sheets in their humi? Could you cut them into strips and place them inside rather than use a bowl of beads?

Never tried the sheets, but I think they would be perfect for travel humi's. Dont know how well they would work in anything larger though.

The sheets work great in traveldors. Cut the sheet to fit the case and spray it with distilled water and you are ready to go.

I second this!!! I have a layer of sheet material in my CP Store bought 30 count Xtreme herf-a-dor. The thing ROCKS! The single sheet of bead material holds RH fine, you don't lose ANY cigar space, and it's nothing more than a slight spray with Distilled H20 to get it going. I put it under the very bottom foam layer and it does great.

Never even thought of using them for a traveldor. Excellent idea. My order is growing larger, I should have ordered while the discount was on!
