Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto

In my personal opinion, they are a lighter cigar than the HdM Epicure No. 2. Good flavor, but even the ones I had from MAY04 were in need of some age. I have had them sitting up for an additional 4 months at this time. There is additional information to be found here including my review.

Hope it helps.

Love the size, not impressed with the smoke.

What do you prefer in that caliber?

Unfortunately, as of right now, I believe this is the only cigar being rolled in that particular vitola. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Habanos SA may have plans for others (let's hope), but I've neither seen nor read about any others.

Definently a mild cigar. I don't know squat about when a cigar needs aging (although I think my HdMs and my ERDM's do, they're missing that hype).

But these cigars are mild enough to still be good right out of the box.

Thats my take.

I also think the 98' ERDM that was gifted to me spoiled my flavor for fresh 04's!!

Hope that made sense, none of it did while i was typing it.

Well the Petit Robusto is a unique size but if you mean in that general size I prefer:

CoRo
La Fuerza
JL 2
Epi 2

I love these cigars.Small but great taste.Smoke down to the nub every time.Ouch
