Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Especial

I'm referring to the '08 blend NOT the '04.

These have gotten some good reviews but I wondered what my fellow forum members thought.

Anyone try one? They are supposed to smoke well now but also have good aging potential.

Since I got the "letter", I don't buy many anymore but this cigar has got me curious. (Don't worry, I won't do anything stupid. )

They came out the same time the new Mag 50 arrived, I smoked a few of them when new and they are nice smokes. Smoked well young.

I thought they were ok when I tried them last. Ithought the Mag 50 was much better.

I believe these have the potential to really shine with at least 5 years of age on them. So, I believe they will be exceptional, but Hoyo de Monterrey is one of my favorite marcas.

There a good smoke a little to mellow for my taste. Now the epicure #2 is simply WOW imo.
