Excalibur 1066 Dark Knight (5 3/4" X 54) Extra Dark Natural

I'm a noob to cigar smoking...I've been smoking for just about 6 months.
This is the first Hoyo de Monterrey that I've smoked. Had to say that I enjoyed this very much. It almost looks like a maduro. It burned unevenly, but it held together very good. Smoked 2/3 of the cigar...couldn't finish it, got too strong and light headed
The taste...it was pretty good. I must say that it was very smooth. Not as strong as I expected...looking at the wrapper made me think strong...but it wasn't.
Does anyone else think these are good smokes?
