Looks like we'll be sparking it up at the HH again this Thursday. I'll be there at 8:00. Eric (GTS21) is coming too. Looks like BobbyRitz, Vortex, and maybe Mr. Wolf as well. Am I missing anyone? The count sounds just about right. Anything more than 8 or so really smokes the place up.

I can stay until 9:45 PM.

If you guys want to see a Wolters Bolivar Gold Medal, tomorrow's the night. I'm transporting it for Eric, the only fellow I've met who has smoked one of these...at the Deer Park, as a matter of fact.

I believe he was sweating about half way through the GM, if I remember correctly, lol.

We are supposed to get high winds and snow squalls Thursday night, which would suck driving up RT. 301. But if it isn't too bad out, I will still be there, around 7:30ish.

Yeah,

You remember right! It was kicking his butt something fierce. :D

I'll keep my fingers crossed for the weather.

Per the National Weather Service:

Thursday Night:
Scattered snow showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 15. Breezy, with a west wind between 16 and 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

We should monitor this thread tomorrow. A half inch won't likely deter my plans.

Looks like I'll be driving the rickety Ford Explorer...

EDIT: The good thing is that I have no problem smoking in it...so I'll have a pre-herf smoke on my way up from Baltimore.

Great!

I got out of court early, so I'm trying to figure out if I should show up at 7pm.

It was nice meeting all of you guys tonight.
Thanks for the generous trades and XLNT conversation.

The ride home was a trip, too.
There was white-out from 273 to 141 in I-95, and traffic
was only going 20mph. Never thought I'd see that on
I-95 in Delaware!

Hope everyone made it home safely, and kept warm.

Ken J (Chemyst)

Roger that to the good time. Glad to hear you made it back home OK, Ken. It was slick but clear when I left.

You guys who are going back on Saturday, have a damn fine time!

Wilkey

It is always great to herf with new people! I enjoyed myself immensely and look forward to Saturday, too!

I enjoyed myself as well. Steve is was nice to finally meet you, takes for the the cigar you gifted. We'll have to talk more tomorrow.

Chemyst, it was nice to me you as well.

Wilkey, Andre and Eric rounded out the rest of our motley crew. Wilkey, per usual, it's always fun and interesting herfing with you. Thank you for introducing me to the HH herfs.

By the way, the Reserva that Eric smoked early last night smelled FANTASTIC.
