For anyone thinking about ordering from these guys, this is what Mike is referring to.

If that isn't enough, this and this are also part of this vendors bright past here.

In light of this latest issue with Mike, is there a reason we haven't run these guys out on a rail yet?

BUYER BEWARE!!! This vendor sent me an open box of damaged cigars as well and then ignored me and refused to take them back. I had to go through my cc co. in order to seek remedy. Telling is that this low life never contested it when the cc co took their $ back. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPER CIGARS!! THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!

This seems like a common issue that is costing you business. I've been reticent to engage you for any of your sales because of the issues experienced by other members of the board. I'm sure that when you get these issues cleaned up, including the root cause of the issues, the members here will engage you for more business.

Mel called me today and we had a nice conversation. He was very apologetic and has offered to remedy the situation. I appreciate his response to this.
 
Seems like quite a few folks are displeased with this guy's service. And unless you post all over public forums making him look bad you'll never get any response. And even then, as in my case, I still never got a response or apology for their screw up, after countless posts and pm's.

You might consider posting an apology and your willingness to communicate about problems past, present, and future. And if any member has an order they want to address, you are willing to take a look at the issue.

Just a thought. I also considered a purchase and thought better of it after reading of problems redressing grievances. Things go wrong sometimes AND we're all human. Most people understand IF there is good communication.
