When I got home tonight after work I checked on my babies and my one humi is a reading 76% rh with 60 sticks in it. I am going to transfer all cigars to the new humi which is just about ready from the seasoning project. It is reading 65%.

I hope my sh*t is all ok.

It will be fine, no need to panic.
24 hours of high humidity will not hurt your cigars.

Just take out the device providing the humidity and let the humidor sit for a couple of days.
The humidor should return to a "normal" range.

Salt test.

Relax

Have a brew.....

Everything will work out in the end.

Just send them to me for inspection... I'll be sure they stabilize their humidity when they're burned in my ashtray! :p :sign:

I agree run a salt test, move them cuz it will make you feel better. I don't think 24 Hours at a high humidity ill have hurt them much if at all.

Well shit, I read "Holy Smokes, Literally" and thought you were posting that you had a beetle infection.

And in regards to that, if your humidor's rh jumps up for a short period, like 24 hours, you're fine. But if the temps jumped up significantly for a 24 hour or more period then I would be very worried.
