Hey,

Jim's shop is open this weekend:

Sat Dec 23rd 7am to 3:30pm
Sun Dec 24 10am to 2pm.

Is anyone interested in meeting up to burn some holiday leaf?!

Noonish on Sat makes for having a nice sandwich frpm the pub..then a smoke.
Sunday - I'd say between 10 and 11.....to get things going!!!

Post here and we'll figure it out!
 
Not likely, but I'll see if I can work something out for Saturday. :)
 
Looking very good for finding time to meet up at Jim's on Sat for a smoke. :) Sandwich part might be a little tough, as it's a busy weekend. :whistling:
 
Sunday's better for me, Saturday is up in the air.

I had planned on heading to western CT Sunday afternoon around the middle of the day and could stop at Jim's on the way through.
 
I will try for Sat but no gurantees. Can't drive with this friggin' cast, maybe I can get a local BOTL to give me a lift.

Did you shoot yourself in the foot?

I tore the cartilage in my wrist (see TFCC tear) and the tendon was catching in the tear. Very painful! Had successful surgery last week but now I will be this cast for 5 weeks and typing lefty.

I'm feeling like crap and probably coming down with the flu or something so I'll have to play it by ear.

I'm going to have to cancel out on meeting up with tigger on Friday. :(
 
Bill, I'm beginning to think you don't exist. :p Like I said before, hope you feel better.

AFish, I don't want to get your hopes up, but if you can't get one of your buddies interested in going for a ride, I might be able to swing by on Saturday and pick you up. I need to get over to Cornwall sometime this weekend anyway. Only thing is, I'll only have an hour or a little bit more to hang at the shop, and probably no time for lunch, so it might be a quick trip...

Shoot me a PM if you don't get a better offer.
 
OK - I'm thinking 11:30ish on Saturday. I may pick up a cold cut platter and some stuff for anyone who comes in.

OK - it looks like 11:30am at JimD's.

I'm going to get a cold cut platter or some sangwhitches.

Nothing fancy just some food and drink to go along with the Holiday Cheer!

It's looking like Saturday will be a miserable, rainy day which means the best thing to do would be to sit around Jim's shop and smoke cigars. :thumbs:
