Guys, I have been getting a lot of requests for me to make some Turkey Jerky again. I've made it on request in the past for a few people and it has always gone over GREAT! So, with that being said, its Turkey Jerky Time again!!! But just like those commercials on tv say....Limited time only, quantities are limited, all your friends are buying it, and if you act right now...etc etc. I'm only going to offer this for one week...if that! Its not on my website for order either, so you have to just paypal in the cashola.

Its $30 a lb shipped for the Caviar of Jerky, Hillbilly Steaks Turkey Jerky!

poo-pal eanderson24@triad.rr.com subject line...turkey my jerky

Damn you! Now my mouth won't stop watering! :p

Send me some of your ribs...I really don't care which one's JUST SEND THEM!!

Did you send out some damned ribs for me yet...I'm good for the money, just include an invoice!

SEND ME SOME DAMNED RIBS!!!

Yeah, anytime I want beans, I usually just send him a PM saying, "Send me beans...I don't care which ones, just send them"

I've posted this Turkey Jerky Thread on a few other forums as well and I believe that people are really skeptical about the TJ. :whistling:

Received some from Erick a while back and it is by far the best turkey jerky I have ever had. :)

Erick,

I love your beef jerky...but I just have this skeeve factor about eating raw (even though cured) poultry. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my parents used to butcher live chickens in the kitchen sink (old school Chinese) or that I see turkey and chicken strips at the local Petco in the dog snacks aisle.

I'm not trying to be facetious, but maybe the other skeptics also have been conditioned against eating raw or undercooked poultry. Beef and fish, I'll snarf raw or cured...but poultry just doesn't seem as palatable.

Wilkey

Isn't that something, my mother wouldn't eat a chicken unless she killed it herself. Old school Italian. I wonder if it isn't the Marco Polo conection.

Doc.

Now I regret only ordering three pounds. Over halfway gone. :(

This stuff is fantastic. You should just send it out automatically every month or two. TJ of the month club...AND IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME! I promise to not cancel any time soon.

Thanks Erick! got the jerkey yesterday, tried some last night with my wife, and we both really liked it!

Delicious stuff :)

I'll take a pound as well man. If you have any of your regular hickory smoked lying around, I'd like a pound of that as well please. :D
