I have a new humidor that i just finished seasoning and am very eager to start putting some new sticks in it. There's only one problem. The temperature in my house stays around 72-78, and my hydrometer is reading the same. I am concerned about the whole beetle thing, so I was wondering if I could get some tips from more experienced people than me (I'm very new by the way). And there's also not really any cool spots in my house.
- Is there a way to keep the inside of the humidor cooler? (it's a 50 count by the way)
- Should I just keep the humidity lower? Like 65-70%?
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Also on another note, I also got a herf-a-dor. Do I need to do anything with the foam humidification device in the lid?
Thanks again in advance
