I got the TAE but CCLR got me confounded.

It "could" be December of 1999. LROO would be the correct code, but having CCLR isn't that big of a stretch...especially for 1999.

I agree. It would not surprise me to see a bastard code of 1999 and 2000. YMMV on this. Trust your source above all else. If in doubt, ask someone via pm.

June 1999 = ES00
July 1999 = EU00
August 1999 = EA00
September 1999 = E000
October 1999 = LE00
November 1999 = LL00
December 1999 = LR00

EAT is Partagas during that time period, but TAE could also be Partagas, as the coding during these months was quite erratic.
