I went through my humidor and pulled out all my cigars so I could check them for proper humidification. I squeezed about 6-8 cigars and most of them felt fine, they had some give to them but they werent too soft and they werent hard. I did have one Fuente and one CAO MX2 that cracked when I squeezed them. Why are some of my cigars dry? I have a digital hygrometer that reads about 2 point high, but it always reads between 65 and 70. The analog backup also reads between 65 and 70. I have a small humidor, it holds maybe 50-60 smokes and it is about 95% full. Is the air circulating to the bottom cigars? What can I do to make sure I get all of my cigars properly humidified? I am using a Paradigm systems humidifier, it's one of those you soak for 5 minutes in water and then it should be good to go for several months. I know everyone says to go with the beads, but I really dont do that much ordering online and I havent seen any at any B and Ms.

You might have a leak on one side of your humidor. Are the affected sticks from the same location? You might want to go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get some 1/8" weatherstripping and line the edge of your humidor. If that doesn't work, get some extra humidification. Viper has those smaller tubes that you toss in there to help you out.
