Hi everyone! I have a Cuesta Rey 2004 Limited Edition Humidor I am trying to do some research on. Can anyone give me some more information on it? How much it's worth, how many were made and so on? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hey Bang, your off on the wrong foot here. You should introduce yourself, fill in some profile, let us know you want to join us. If,asking this is too much, I might be the only reply you receive. A little time on your part has fantastic results and amazing information just waiting. The rest is up to you.

That is a beauty....and very rare indeed. :0

Only 62 made worldwide. Originally retailed @ $5500. It has the ostrich crotch maple top with inlaid carved farm raised baby seal teeth and snarfagus wood. The interior wood is Bukoki spanish cedar. The hy-rod-meter has a 14K gold face and dial, but the hinges are only gold electroluxed. The last one I saw sold at auction at Sotheby's for $11K, but it wasn't in as good of condition as yours. Does that interior commemorative plate have an inscribed number?

You should contact a member here named tomthirtysix - he has over 1000 rare humidors in his collection, and he specializes in spanish Bukoki.

it seems to be missing the humidification device....and what's with the stains near the front?

It has a burn mark on the lower right...who da fok would set down their lit cigar on a humidor...especially one of 62 in the entire world, which I have one. :whistling:

Did I win?

These are not rare in my house, I have five or six of them. They had one row of pyramid 9 Stamford Cameroon Reserve and I was going through a faze, lol.
