Heartfelt beads in round case

and I am confused as to how I put distilled water in the beads. Do I open the case? I am a newbie at this. Please let me know. Thanks.

You do not have to open the case. The easiest way to recharge the beads is as follows:

Take a small dish and pour a small amount of distilled water on the dish, 1/8" deep is plenty. Lay the Heartfelt Round Bead holder face down in the distilled water and the beads will absorb the moisture. Watch the beads through the clear back and let it sit until the beads start to turn clear. Remove it from the water and shake off the excess distilled, then dry off the Round Bead holder. You are done.

By the way the directions are on the packaging the humidifier came in.

Haha... not a good idea, throwing away the package if you are unsure of how to use the product .

That aside, I love the round case humidifier from Heartfelt. Come to think of it, I love all my Heartfelt bead products, and have been really impressed with their efficient and friendly service so far.

It's all a cigar-lover needs as far as humidification and accessories, in my opinion.

Without trying to thread jack, the beads are a great product and your shipping time has been phenomenal. I wouldn't go back to use anything else. At almost 2lbs in my vinotemp everything's perfect.

I have that same disk and it works like a champ. I did not have to add water as I had too much humidity. It holds steady at 65.
