Nice smoke.
-Very dark wrapper w/ a small vein or two
-Dark roasted coffee and farm smells prior to ignition
-Solid in the hand and clipped quite well
-Good ignition and burn from start to finish
-Full-bodied flavor w/ cocoa undertones
-Produced a nice amount of smoke, but not a ton
-Held a good two inch ash before dropping
The Pyramides EL is an enjoyable smoke. It got a bit spicey toward the end, but I suppose that's to be expected. I'm really starting to notice a flavor profile w/ the ISOM's. Time and time again I'm tasting cocoa. Not quite as noticeable on this one as it was w/ the 2003 Montecristo #2 I smoked recently, but definitely there.
90 in my book w/ potential for a 91 w/ more time.
