Happy Birthday GolfGar!

I shared a memory in the Great Cigar thread, However, one other thing I'll never forget is that as my Secret Santa a few years ago, knowing that we had recently adopted our dog as a rescue here in NL, part of his gift to me was a certificate showing that he made a sizable donation to a local shelter in mine and Enzo's name. That was incredibly thoughtful. I'd have things from Larry pop up in the mailbox occasionally with nothing more than a note saying, "Thinking of your family and hope all is well", or something of the like.

Happy Birthday, Larry. We all miss you. Your entire family is always in my thoughts.

I had a conference in St. Louis one year and as I tend to do, reached out to CP members in the area. Larry picked me up at my hotel and took me to lunch with his local cigar smoking friends. I had a great time with them.

Happy Bday Larry! We all miss you! I never got to meet him, but had been in the Donkey split with him for years. His generosity was beyond over the top. Larry also helped (basically went out of his way) me get my hands on Zombie Dust.
He was a great man and its still shocking he left us a year ago!

Happy birthday Larry! Though I was only fortunate enough to exchange a few comments with you, your reputation speaks for itself. You were a special person to many if not all of my friends here. Cheers brother! Tonight we smoke for you!

Even though I never met Larry in person, we developed a great friendship. I accidentally sent someone else’s bomb to Larry one time and he noticed the name was not his, and he immediately contacted me and told me he was going to send it on to the correct person. I told him that I had already discovered the mistake, and resent the package (I lied 😂) and to keep the package and enjoy. The following week I received a beer and cigar bomb from him that was pretty incredible. This went back and forth for years… Larry was one of the most generous and thoughtful people I’ve ever met.
I miss you brother.

RIP Larry. We never met in person by exchanger some PMs. He was a very generous and passionate person. We all miss him

Happy Belated Birthday Larry!! I hope it was a great one brother!!!

P.S. I bet Mark Twain smokes really cheap cigars? lol! That crusty old f#%k!

Happy Birthday Larry, miss you man. I had the pleasure of having lunch with Larry on occasion. Our last meet up he covered the bill and gave me a lighter that shocks people when you try to light it....hilarious. Miss that dude.

Happy birthday Larry. Although we have never met in person, there are more than many people that I have heard praise your generosity.

Yeah, both of those sound exactly like Larry.
