Yesturday when i recieved my first sampler trade from Andy(Gonz), i decided i wanted to do a few more things on and for this website. So this is the first review ive ever done on here. We will see how it goes, everyone let me know what i do right and wrong so i can make the next review better.
the set up, i got a new cutter coming thank god, this cheapie sucks, i still need a good ashtray
Pre light inspection of this cigar took awhile. The Beast measures 6 and 1/2 by 58! Ginormous stick. Anyways the cigar appears to be all intact, no abuse is apparent here. The cut was clean, the tip came right off. The smell was delicious as expected so i lit it up.
The beast lit right up, pretty even except for the little tear seen below...this didnt last long one i got to poofing. Better go get my ruler to find the thirds on this mug.
my smoking partner for this one
after the first third, im thinking to myself this Gurkha is not as full bodied as all of the others i've had, i believe the last gurkha i smoked was that new G3. The smoke really isnt as creamy white as usual either, maybe the next third will really kick in?
The second third is really when the beast gets burning, it becomes alot more full of a cigar and the smoke is as remembered. I dont know about you guys but the only two lines of cigars ive really had trouble with un wrapping are the gurkha line and the CAO brazilia line, anyone else had this problem? The ash finally fell of on its own. And in missouri it is frickin cold today! i usually smoke outside but i couldnt bare it today for this large of a cigar.
creamy white smoke at the end
The final third is my favorite with Gurkha cigars because you really notice a full bodied cigar with a good natural flavor. No other complaints except o cant feel my fingers typing on the lap top, and that the rents are going to flip shit when they get home with the smell circulating in here, its great to me, i dont think they will agree. Anyways hope everyone enjoyed the pictures and my review of the Gurkha legend beast, let me know what you all think and thanks again to Andy on the sampler trade, great job!
