I fired up the Gurkha Black Diamond that Kyro so graciously sent me. The wrapper was a nice dark chocolate brown and had a very good aroma. I clipped the Toro sized (6x50 box press) smoke and checked the pre-light draw. It seemed to flow a lot of air almost like a PMM. Upon lighting it produced large volumes of smoke and had a smooth somewhat nutty flavor. Spiciness increased as the cigar burned down and I was singing my fingertips before I knew it.
This was an excellant medium bodied smoke although I don't know how much the 18 year old wrapper had to do with this. At $250 a box you really need to try one before jumping out and buying in quantity, I wish they had 5 packs.
